Regstration Forms OUT!

Hello!
The Registration Forms are out already! If you haven't collected it from the 服务台, please print out the Indemnity Form and Registration Form, fill it in and turn it in together with a $500 deposit ASAP!

PS. The Registration Form is the one that's titled "Consent Form". Sorry for the confusion. Also, please try to print these 2 documents on both sides of a paper, the trees are dying~
